Vintage Pesh Kabz

Of relatively modern manufacture, this dagger is a solid example of a type of armour-piercing weapon that became popular throughout Persia, Afghanistan and northern India. The handle had been made from a light-coloured bone, the hue complementing the bright steel of the long and clean blade. The black leather scabbard of some age, and has lost part of its wooden core. An affordable decorative piece.
